Mother and Baby Care
A Reminder to Obstetrics Patients

To better meet the needs of our communities, Marymount Hospital is transitioning obstetrics deliveries to Hillcrest and Fairview Hospitals beginning July 1, 2011.

In the interest of patient care, Marymount will no longer be accepting patients who are about to deliver babies as of midnight on Saturday, June 25, 2011.

Patients are encouraged to deliver at Hillcrest, Fairview, Lakewood or Medina Hospitals, which have earned outstanding reputations for obstetrics and can accommodate all types of deliveries.

Marymount will continue to provide before and after care, as well as enhanced consultations for high-risk pregnancies, treatments for osteoporosis, menopause, incontinence and other gynecological needs, and cancer services tailored specifically for women.

Marymount Hospital is honored to have delivered generations of babies since 1949, and continuing to meet the needs of women in our community remains part of our foundation.
