Pre-registration is easy! When you begin visiting your doctor in the early stages of your pregnancy, you will be given an information packet which includes pre-registration forms. Simply complete these forms and bring them with you when you come to the hospital to delivery your baby. This will allow for a smooth admission to the hospital.
