Marymount Hospital offers an assortment of childbirth classes to meet the needs of expectant mothers and their families.  Our comprehensive courses will prepare you for the birthing process as well as newborn care.  Topics of discussion include labor and delivery, relaxation techniques during contractions, infant care, breastfeeding basics and support, and infant/child CPR.
