Healthwise Connection (formerly Senior Circle Plus) is a free health and wellness membership program provided by Cleveland Clinic hospitals to help people ages 50 and older. Healthwise Connection members get exciting benefits ranging from parking discounts and physician referral services, to access to educational programs and assistance with medical forms. Use your Healthwise Connection card to receive discounts from Home Instead Senior Care, Hanson Services and Comfort Keepers on hourly rates for non-medical home care services such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and escorts for errands and shopping.
